International Yoga Day 2024


International Yoga Day was celebrated with immense enthusiasm and dedication at National Academy For Learning on 20th June 2024. The theme for this year’s celebration was "Yoga for self and society," emphasizing the harmony between mind and body and the balance between thought and action. The event aimed to promote the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of practicing yoga among students and staff. The session initiated with warm-up exercises to prepare the body, followed by the demonstration of various yoga postures and an explanation of their benefits. Breathing exercises like Anulom Vilom were practiced to enhance respiratory health and concentration. The session concluded with a short meditation practice to relax the mind and body.

The celebration turned out to be very successful, promoting the benefits of yoga and urging the students and staff to incorporate yoga into their daily lives.
