Karnataka Rajyotsava 2023

“Karnataka Rajyotsava – a day to cherish the beauty of our state's landscapes, history, and people.”

Students of Grade 8 organised a special assembly to mark the 68th year of Kannada Rajyotsava at NAFL North. The whole school was adorned in yellow and red. The program began with a graceful invocation dance on the Goddess Bhuvaneshwari Devi song. Various quotes on Karnataka Rajyotsava, information about the history of Karnataka and newspaper headlines were shared by the students. Students also performed a mesmerizing dance on popular Kannada Janapada songs and a skit on Onake Obavva, who was a brave Karnataka warrior. The special assembly concluded with the state anthem of Karnataka 'Jai Bharatha Janiya' by the whole school.
