Teachers' Day 2022

Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great gusto at NAFL- North. The Student Council had planned activities and a cultural programme to mark the day. The programme commenced with the Principal, Ms. Hemalata Pillai, paying a floral tribute to the great educationist and former president of India, Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.

She addressed the staff and students and expressed her views about the importance of teachers in the lives of students and the crucial role they play.

The programme presented by the students included a humorous skit highlighting the idea that students cannot thank their teachers enough in their lives for grooming them. They also rendered a foot tapping free style dance. The teachers had a lot of fun engaging in various collaborative activities which included treasure hunts and other fun games. The programme concluded with the students presenting the teachers with handmade cards wishing them a very Happy teachers’ Day.
